Cherry Hill East Varsity Cougars scores more runs than Moorestown Quakers Varsity, takes victory on Friday to the tune of 5-1 John Schweitzer toed the rubber for Cherry Hill East Varsity Cougars. The pitcher allowed four hits and one run over seven innings, striking out seven and walking zero. Moorestown Quakers Varsity fired up the offense in the first inning, when Ryan Lynch singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run. Cherry Hill East Varsity Cougars pulled away for good with four runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth an error scored one run for Cherry Hill East Varsity Cougars, Brett McLaughlin's sac fly scored one run for Cherry Hill East Varsity Cougars, and an error scored two runs for Cherry Hill East Varsity Cougars. Zachary Chhabria and Brandon Dekerlegand each managed one hit to lead Cherry Hill East Varsity Cougars. Cherry Hill East Varsity Cougars didn't commit a single error in the field. Peter Longo had seven chances in the field, the most on the team.
